What is an active lifestyle?
When our usual physical activity is increased to the point when it is beneficial to health, we're talking about an active lifestyle.
Low activity level:
- moderate physical activity 150 minutes/week;
- high intense activity 75 minutes/week.
Moderate activity level:
- moderate physical activity 150-300 minutes/week;
- high intense activity 75-150 minutes/week.
High activity level:
- moderate physical activity more than 300 minutes/week;
